Jim Stephens
Jim's career in the building materials industry began in 1972 with a
job stocking shelves, loading trucks, and waiting on customers at a lumber
yard in Cape Cod. Since that time, his years of sales and management
experience have allowed him to acquire numerous contacts on a national
level. Jim founded the company based on his personal work philosophy, which
transcends throughout his sales force - "Creditability, integrity,
and product knowledge are key elements to any successful business."

Darrell McFarland
As a Vice President of Bentley Sales, Darrell has in excess of 37 years experience in the building materials industry. Before joining the Bentley Sales team, he was the Sales Manager for a major sash & door distributor in the northeast and General Manager for a leading building products distributor. He attended Northeast Missouri State University. Darrell currently resides in Red Lion, Pennsylvania with his wife Linda.

Wayne Cornwell
The building materials industry has provided Wayne with a range of sales experience and product knowledge during the past 21 years and a stellar reputation among his peers. Before joining the team at Bentley Sales, he worked as the General Manager for a multi location millwork manufacturer where he was awarded manager of the year in 2003. He also completed the National Sash & Door Jobbers Association home study course as well as Lean Management System training. Wayne currently resides in Clear Spring, Maryland with his wife Teresa and children Ben and Danielle.

Mike Holmes
Mike's experience in the building materials industry ranges from the one-step dealer to the two-step distributor. He has been a sales representative for two major millwork distributors as well as a manager-in-training for a national building materials dealer. He holds a B.A. degree in History from Virginia Tech and a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix. Mike currently resides in Richmond, VA.

Joshua Kirschner
With more than 10 years experience in the industry, Josh has extensive product knowledge in building materials and millwork. Prior to joining the team at Bentley Sales, he most recently served as the National Accounts Sales Manager for a leading millwork distribution company and also worked in outside sales for a Fortune 100 millwork distributor. Additionally, heÊholds a B.A. degree in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Josh currently resides in Durham, North Carolina with his wife Katherine and son Alex.

Duncan McNeill
With nearly 15 years in the building materials industry, Duncan has experience in millwork as well as the unique distinction of being a carpenter. He is an American Architectural Manufacturers Association InstallationMastersTM Certified Installer and holds a B.A. degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Business Management from Green Mountain College. Duncan currently resides in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey with his wife Aurora and children Lindsay and Kayleigh.

Dudley Powell
With more than 25 years in sales, Dudley's experience is primarily in the building materials industry. Besides serving as a sales representative for a major millwork manufacturer he also owned and operated a successful regional independent sales group. Prior to joining Bentley Sales, he was in the Presidents Club of a major international technology company, received an award for the largest sales increase from a nationally known millwork manufacturer, and holds a B.S. degree from Troy State University. Dudley currently resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife Denise and son Gray.

Peyton Powell
Having been in sales for more than 15 years, Peyton's experience has been in the construction industry representing such products as construction equipment and building materials. Prior to joining Bentley Sales, he worked for companies selling well-known national and international construction equipment and building materials and has consistently been a top producer. Peyton holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and currently resides in Gainesville, Florida with his wife Bebe.

Jay Smith
For the past 22 years Jay has gained experience in the building materials industry. Prior to joining the Bentley Sales team, he worked for two major millwork distributors in the northeast. He is a member of the Cape Cod Home Builders Association, Sliver Club, Association of Millwork Distributors, Stairway Manufacturers Association, and holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Jay currently resides in West Boylston, Massachusetts with his wife Brenda and children Tyler and Erika.

Karen Stephens
Dispersing accurate information within any organization is crucial and Karen is just the person to perform this task for Bentley Sales as she generates and maintains monthly sales reports for our sales representatives to utilize in the field. And, as Jim's better half, she is also frequently used as a sounding board and has the responsibility of keeping Jim's oars in the water.
